Creating Wellbeing funding success
We are proud to announce that we have been successful in gaining funding for our People and Places National Lottery project – Creating Wellbeing.
Our new programme will offer a 2 year Creativity for Wellbeing on Referral programme for users of mental health services and people who are vulnerable or at risk and living in Cardiff, Bridgend and surrounding communities (in the Cardiff and Vale and Cwm Taff Morgannwg UHB communities).
We will be working in partnership with Ty Canna Mental Health Outreach Services in Cardiff, with Mental Health Matters, The Wallich and BAVO in Bridgend and with our local Social Prescribing teams.
