My name is Kate, I am a Post Graduate Occupational Therapy Student with Cardiff University. I have a particular interest in the use of mindfulness and creativity as ways to enhance wellbeing. As an Occupational Therapy Student, I believe that person centred approaches to health and wellbeing are incredibly important. I am working with Breathe Creative as part of an elective experience and am looking forward to learning all about how Breathe Creative works and the impact it is having across South Wales.
