We have had such a busy and creative autumn/ winter with lots of wellbeing projects in Cardiff, Bridgend and The Vale of Glamorgan, thanks to funding from the Arts Council of Wales Arts Health and Wellbeing programme, and The National Lottery People and Places programme.
We know that being creative, connecting to people, learning and sharing skills, taking on new challenges, being active, working with our strengths and helping others is good for our wellbeing. These projects are evidence of this.
Here is a gallery from some of our projects from our ACW ‘Arts of Growing Strong’ project and our ‘Creating Wellbeing’ Lottery programme, working with users of mental health services living in Cardiff and Bridgend and with people who are vulnerable or at risk.
