We worked with participants from SHED Service for High Risk Eating Disorders during Spring/Summer 2023. Weekly sessions explored different topics and art forms e.g. creative writing, photography, animation, art, as well as different relaxation techniques. Growing Together is a Breathe Creative collaboration with Ty Canna Mental Health Outreach Service and is based at the community allotment Growing Green on Bessemer Road in Cardiff. The project is funded by the Arts Council of Wales and The National Community Lottery Fund and we have been exploring the theme of ‘connecting people to nature’ with the aim of facilitating a creative wellbeing journey through the seasons with nature-based activities to support therapeutic outcomes.
From 31st July we have a new exhibition at The Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff at the Ffwrnais space.
